At the AGM on 20 October 2012 the following were elected to the Executive for 2012-13

• Pamela Wearing - Vice Chairman
• Simon Bryden-Brook - Hon. Secretary
• Frank Hacklett - Hon Treasurer
• Frank Regan - Editor 'Renew'

The meeting recommended to the Executive that Colin Stockford be co-opted to assist the Hon Treasurer and Elizabeth Price be co-opted for her correspondence skills
